Friday night, after two weeks of planning my friends and I managed to meet each other. I hadn't had a chance to see them since the end of November! We went to the "Nose restaurant" for dinner and desert and I must say, I enjoyed their food very much. The ambiance, lighting and service was great. Spending time with friends was fantastic. I realized that some of the things that would bother me at work with regards to people's level of knowledge and willingness to learn as well as their unprofessional behaviours was not limited to me. It used to bother so much that I would avoid, dinning with certain individuals because of their ways seemed to me so inappropriate. It made me feel I am an outcast in their group because I couldn't participate in their shallow frame of mind.
It was great to hear my friend's experiences and understand that I am not alone! What I also found out is that I must thank god everyday for the great life I have and that I shouldn't worry too much. From now on, I will hope for the best and will welcome challenge one more time.

I am going to meet my classmates this week as well and I am so excited to hear from them.
We are slowly trying to get what we need for our new home. Our first company was my parents and my brother. We celebrated my dad's birthday together. It was fun.

"As we get older, we get less embarrassed talking about taboo subjects", this was one of the topics of conversation during my parent's gathering Friday night! This sentence really made me think. It gave me another view of why I shouldn't take unprofessional behaviours at work that seriously.

This weeks is my last week with packaging department and only another 2 weeks is left from my eight month training. I can't wait to see what life has in store for me.
